While the world began equal, created in the hands of the elements, an order soon fell into place among the creatures. As hills grew into mountains, brooks to rivers, lakes to seas, and small woodlands to forests, the creatures grew as well, and settled into this orders, just as the elements, the stars, and the moon. Within this order, the wolf was crafted and born. The wolf was made to hunt and run and thrive, passing on instinct and word to their offspring and descendants. The wolf was made to do this, and so nothing could stop it, not even Man, that flourished beyond its humble beginnings.
Freedom is the birthright of the wolf. It was inscribed in stone, in the deepest set of laws possessed by the wilderness and the open lands. So run, wolf, thrive, hunt, and grow your packs. Your paws will leave their own marks for others to follow. It is your age, so make it so.

Endel Lake Endel Lake hides behind pine trees sitting behind the Andole Overlook. This lake is large, placid water a deep blue of late evening. Fish swim in its depths, some providing a meal for wolves and sadras. Small hills rise to the south of this lake. Northeast of the lake, the land continues. It is barren here with little plant growth, and it is not wise to become stranded there.

andole overlook Andole Overlook is a small rise sitting upon Hancolt Cliff, a few elk-lengths away from the edge. The slope to the forest behind it is gentle, and suitable for even young beasts. From here is a spectacular view, good for local patrolling.

requeim drop Requeim Drop is at first invisible to the entire land , as none have ventured to their world's lower half below the drop. It almost seems as if the world stops abruptly, a wide cliff that cuts our know half of Arbitrary from the other. Water pours over this massive waterfall, and it is a long way down. Any creature would die if plunged from the river delta of the River Valley.

vagrant's crest Vagrant's Crest is a long, stretching ridge across the Outlands, in some places very rocky where it reaches toward Stone Run, but in other places a mature and experienced wolf can climb the slopes with near ease. The ridge is swathed in pines and evergreens, the slopes made treacherous and slippery by the thick blankets of needles. Prey such as squirrels are abundant here, but ravens commonly roost in the trees in some areas, the air sometimes filled with their raucous calls. Watch out for nesting mothers! Bear caves are also located in some places.

bear's snout summit Rising like a lonely, giant monolith from Vagrant's Crest, Bear's Snout Summit is one of the tallest mountains in the range, named for the peculiar bear-like shaped. The peak, or nose, juts directly out over the Outlands, and one can see for miles across the packlands. During the winter, the summit is enveloped by freezing air and it's very slippery, making one slip-up death. But it rises above the clouds, and the air is crisp and clear.
